FAQ 1: What should I do if I haven’t received my license key or if I forget \/ lost my license key?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t receive your license key immediately after purchase, please don\u2019t panic. This usually happens when our payment provider identifies certain flags in the transaction that might suggest fraud. While our payment provider is investigating the transaction, the payment is not taken (only pre-authorised) and the license key is not sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can check your order status<\/strong> by following the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to https:\/\/secure.2co.com\/myaccount\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter your Email address<\/strong> or Order number<\/strong>, and click SEND ACCESS LINK<\/strong>. Note: You will need to use the same email address you used when you made your purchase. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You will receive an email with a login link valid for 1 hour. Click on the link in the email to log into your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Once you\u2019ve logged into your account, locate your order and click View order details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In almost all cases, it turns out to be a false alarm, and the transaction is approved within 30-60 minutes. The license key is sent automatically as soon as the transaction is approved. All of this is done to ensure that your card isn\u2019t used fraudulently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you haven\u2019t received your license key for a long time, please check if you receive an email from 2Checkout <support@2checkout.com<\/a>> asking for more information to complete your order.<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    You can also visit https:\/\/www.drivereasy.com\/resend-license-key\/<\/a><\/strong> and enter the Email address you used to order Driver Easy<\/strong> or the<\/strong> Order Number<\/strong> to retrieve your license key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    FAQ 2: What should I do if I want \/ don’t want to renew my license key?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Driver Easy will automatically renew your license if you enable auto-renewal. You will receive an email from 2CheckOut subscription billing before 30 days \/ 7 days \/ 1 day of expiration. And 2Checkout, as the authorized reseller of Easeware Technology Limited online products and services, will automatically attempt to charge you one day before the license expires and renew the subscription for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note: <\/strong>Only the orders for home \/ business license keys<\/strong> placed after Sept. 11, 2019<\/strong> will enable the auto-renewal option by default.<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n
    If you don\u2019t want to auto-renew your Driver Easy subscription, you can disable it (Learn how to turn off auto-renew<\/a>).<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    If you didn\u2019t enable the auto-renewal, or if you turn it off manually, we will send you a notification email via 2Checkout a month \/ a week \/ a day before the license expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    FAQ 3: Can I upgrade my Driver Easy Pro license key to activate more machines?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The Driver Easy Pro users need to order a new license key to activate more machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Currently, we provide 5 options for Home \/ Business users. For more information, please visit our pricing page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    FAQ 4: How to remove activated machines for Home \/ Business license?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Home \/ Business subscribers cannot <\/strong>view or manage their activated history and activated machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The license for Home \/ Business plans can’t be transfered \/ reset \/ replaced. Once you activate the license on one computer, it counts towards the total activation numbers, even if you remove the app from that computer. For exceptional circumstances<\/strong>, please contact our support team<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
