Then type <strong>cmd<\/strong> and press <strong>Enter<\/strong> to open Command Prompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.drivereasy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/image-21.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2) In Command Prompt, <strong>type the commands below<\/strong> one by one and Press <strong>Enter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Ping app.drivereasy.com<br \/>Ping app1.drivereasy.com<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"648\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/images.drivereasy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/image-26.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-114573\" srcset=\"https:\/\/images.drivereasy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/image-26.png 648w, https:\/\/images.drivereasy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/image-26-600x474.png 600w, https:\/\/images.drivereasy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/image-26-150x119.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 648px) 100vw, 648px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown on the screenshot above, the <strong>correct IP address should be 142.44.218.29<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you get the IP address&nbsp;<strong>127.0.0.1<\/strong>&nbsp;or if the IP address&nbsp;<strong>is not 142.44.218.29<\/strong>, please move on to <strong><a href=\"#f2\">Step 2<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.drivereasy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/TIM20190301120252.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you get the <strong>correct IP address 142.44.218.29<\/strong> but this issue persists, please <a href=\"#f4\">jump to the end of this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"f2\">Step 2: Use command line to remove the incorrect IP address<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1)  Click the <strong>Windows Start menu<\/strong> and type <strong>powershell<\/strong> in the search box.
