With the system information on your PC, we can provide quick and efficient service.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading f2\" id=\"f2\">If you cannot access the Internet via the browser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please check if your network is available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot access the Internet, you may need to contact your ISP for help and run Driver Easy when you can access the Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your network is OK but you cannot visit websites in the browser, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#f4\"><strong>If you access the internet through a proxy \/ VPN server<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#f5\"><strong>If you access the Internet directly (without a proxy \/ VPN server) <\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"f4\">If you access the internet through a proxy \/ VPN server<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you access the internet through a proxy \/ VPN server, make sure the proxy configuration in the software is correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"note notification\"><span>If you are not sure whether the configuration is correct, you may need to <strong>your proxy service provider<\/strong>. <\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"f5\">If you access the Internet directly (without a proxy \/ VPN server) <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you access the internet without a proxy \/ VPN server, make sure you select <strong>Automatically detect settings<\/strong> in <strong>Settings<\/strong>.
