If it is, please add Driver Easy to its whitelist<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>If this issue persists, please follow the steps below to check <strong>the Advanced System Firewall Settings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1)  On your keyboard, press <strong>the Windows logo key<\/strong> and <strong>R<\/strong> at the same time to open the Run dialog. If this issue is still unresolved, please send the system information to us via the Driver Easy feedback tool.
