This problem could happen when the computer connects to the Internet Via Proxy \/ VPN and the Proxy \/ VPN ISP is experiencing the network issue. <\/strong>In this case, please temporarily disable the Proxy\/VPN and try again.<\/strong>

If this issue persists, please send the system information to us via the Driver Easy feedback tool. Here is how to do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Open Driver Easy and click Feedback <\/strong>in the upper-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Fill in the form. Please tell us what problem(s) you’re having with Driver Easy<\/strong> and what you did before and after the problem in detail<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) If you got any error message or had technical problem, a screenshot of the error and your system information would be greatly appreciated.
