If you run into this error while downloading the driver, please try the fixes below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fix 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Open Driver Easy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the three dots<\/strong> next to the problem device, select Delete downloaded driver<\/strong>.

  3. Run a new scan and try to update this device again. The problem should be gone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If the above fix doesn’t help, please try the next one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fix 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Press the Windows key<\/strong> and R <\/strong>at the same time. Copy and paste the following command into the pop-up dialog box and click OK<\/strong>:

    2. If you see two folders called drivers <\/strong>and all_version_drivers<\/strong>, delete them all. (Please make sure that the Driver Easy software is closed <\/strong>when doing this step.)
      \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Relaunch the Driver Easy software, scan and install the driver again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      If the problem persists, please contact us following the steps below with your problem driver name or a screenshot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1) Open Driver Easy and click Feedback <\/strong>in the upper-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2) Fill in the form. Please tell us what problem(s) you’re having with Driver Easy<\/strong> and what you did before and after the problem in detail<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3) If you got any error message or had technical problem, a screenshot of the error and your system information would be greatly appreciated. You can check the box Send system information<\/strong> and click Attach file<\/strong> to upload the screenshot. Click Submit<\/strong> to send your feedback to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
