To view the detailed information of a driver:

  1. Scan your computer with Driver Easy or click the Update <\/strong>screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. View the information of a driver (there are two ways to do so):

    a. Click the driver name<\/strong>.

    b. Or click the ellipsis icon<\/strong> next to the Update<\/strong> button of a driver, then click View driver details<\/strong>.
    \"\"
    The driver information includes the names, providers, release dates and versions of your current driver as well as the new driver.
    \"\"
    Click Device Information<\/strong> in the bottom-right corner and you’ll see the hardware IDs and compatible IDs of this device. If you want to copy the hardware ID, select the hardware ID<\/strong>, right-click on it and select Copy<\/strong>. Or you can click the copy icon<\/strong> to copy them all<\/strong> in the original format.
