Hi, %USERPROFILE%/AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets It's the background that's not updating for me. I only have the image for the Lock screen in here. I don't believe this is the right path for the Background anymore. I believe so as I've followed these instructions and a new image for Lock screen is in this folder (you can open them ins MS Paint) but my Background image isn't changing and isn't even in this folder. Thanks.

Thanks so much, it was the game bar that was causing my unifying receiver to show in device manager as nonfunctional on W11. Turned off game bar and my unifying receiver started working perfectly.
